Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):

    • Standard Shipping: ₹45 for orders up to 1 kg. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: ₹90 for orders more than 2 kg. Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping:

    • Rates and delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Please contact us for a quote.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in locating it or issuing a replacement.
